To request a one-time size exchange, please send the following information to our email at goforonemore.official@gmail.com:

1. Order Number
2. Name on the Order
3. Item for Return/Exchange (including colors and sizes)
4. Reason for Return/Exchange
5. Pictures or Videos (to illustrate your reason)
6. Location

Providing as much information as possible will help expedite the approval process for your size exchange. By proceeding with this request, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions for return/exchange requests outlined below.

We recommend checking your items as soon as you receive them.

Returns and Exchanges

• You can return or exchange items for sizing issues or damages within 7 days of delivery.
• For size exchanges, you will need to cover the return shipping costs through third-party couriers. We will ship the new item via GoGo Xpress once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a return and send a replacement as soon as possible.
• Please note: We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

We offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your order for the following reasons:

• Missing items
• Incorrect items
• Damaged items that meet our damage criteria

Once your order has shipped, we will email/text you a tracking code so you can monitor its progress.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you are unable to track your package after 48 hours, please email us at goforonemore.official@gmail.com, and we will reach out to the shipping company for assistance.
